Mission control

Gulf Utility utilizes an internally developed, cloud-based resource management system (Kardia Resource Management) that allows all operators to communicate with support staff in all office locations at any time. We have a 'Mission Control' team that handles all communication and coordination and reviews each work and purchase order prior to invoicing. We provide a transcript of these interactions to our clients.

Water Plants

Our certified operators ensure that plants are well maintained, clean, and kept in good working order. For water plants, we specialize in ground water/surface water conversion, monitoring and operations to provide the highest quality water service possible to all customers. We provide constant monitoring to maximize savings through minimal water loss and chemical use.

Gulf Utility Operators and Managers are experienced in watching for unusual trends in water usage. These are noted and reported for further investigation. A recent trend analysis in one of our Districts resulted in implementing a Synchronized Irrigation Plan (SIP) within a District to redistribute and equalize water usage.

For Lift-Stations, we are focused on seamless operations. We ensure communication with the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Operators to minimize inconvenience to district customers and clients.

Our Wastewater operations include sludge management and process control audits while following Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) recommendations.
